Not the Japanese rice

My home-made lunch - Teriyaki chicken, broccoli, and rice balls wrapped with Yaki Nori, baked seaweed.

These rice balls are not cooked from the Japanese rice grains, it is the Thai rice grains that i uses to cook everyday. I am so surprised that the Thai rice makes such nice Sushi.

Lettuce and Spaghetti

These lettuce are home-grown, fresh from my hubby's little vegetable garden.

I cooked Spaghetti in tomato sauce last night for dinner.

How many ways of eating lettuce and Spaghetti ? This is one of the way -
