Jayne's bright idea

This knitted vest was one of my early day FO. It was laying in the warerobe all these years. So sad !! I wore it yesterday to the knit meet up.

Did you see a knitting marker there ? It was Jayne's idea of placing it as a pin.

I wore it out without a second thought.

Your vest looks so lovely, perfect for summer I guess! The cute marker compliments the outfit ;-).

Jayne's such a cute girl! You should wear your vest out more often, it's instyle now.

Hello Jackie, thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment on the crocheted shrug! I like that color of pink as well. I like your yellow vest, the stitching is very nice. I read through some of your earlier posts, and saw that you purchased a Japanese book that I want! It's the one with the crocheted vest that you bought the purple yarn for. I ordered a book from that same book store yesterday! Can you give me the name and ISBN # for that Spring/Summer Knit '07 book? Thanks, and I'll visit again to see the progress on that project - I love it. (CafeKnitter is also making that same vest)

Cute vest! Thanks for leaving a comment on the summertime tunic. It's a a very easy pattern to adapt--I just did my gauge swatch and cast on enough stitches for chest measurement + 1 in ease. Good luck!

A stitch marker is no doubt the perfect closure to wear with that!
