I am a bag girl....

I will never complain of too many bags, big or small, it always fun to make these little knit-knot from my stash basket. A 4.5" by 3.5" coin purse need not use up a lot of stash yarn, with a handsewn 5" zip, no linning needed as single crochet is used throughout.

Material - stash yarn, 3mm clover crochet hook, a 5" zip.

carry-along cards

This was done in 2007, always wanted to post a pic here, but somehow or rather it was not in the 2007 FOs list. Crocheted using stash cotton yarn only.
I have a total of 10 cards(credit cards, discount cards and ezLink card) slot in between the 2 layers/divders. A very small 4.5" by 3" handy carry-along crocheted card holder.

My own one-of-a-kind bag filled with lots of love and warmth. I crocheted the base first using single crochet. With the short and compact stitch, close-by together, making the base durable and sturdy. Picked up and knit around the base, creating a wide-bottomed bag, allowing plently of room for Jayne's stuffs or just about anything. Weave an I-cord drawstring through eyelets for closure which was then sewn onto the 2 corner side of the bottom. The Chenille DK is a stronger yarn which is self-supporting with no linning needed.
